CNC stands for Computer Numeric Control. A computer converts the design produced by CAD into numeric data or coordinates which controls the movement of the router through 3 Axis
We can cut a huge variety of materials in sizes of up to 1400mm x 2940mm including:- Wood, acrylic, laminate, Dibond and laminate… if you have a specific material you want to use please ask
Laser
Laser cutting is a fabrication process which employs a focused, high-powered laser beam to cut and/or engrave material into custom shapes and designs.
We can cut or engrave materials up to 1250mm x 900mm Including Wood, Valchromat, Acrylic, Laminate, Paper, Dibond, Leatherette, Fabric.
Poly Carving / Sculpting
Our Polystyrene HotWire enables us to accurately cut polystyrene foam into 3D shapes.
We can create 3D letters, signage, spheres, logos for indoor or outdoor use, props, decorations or architectural mouldings.
Our talented sculptors can texture these creations and bring them to life
Maximum polystyrene block size 1200mm x 1200x 2400mm in varying densities.
We can also spray the Polystyrene with a Polyurethane coating, making it waterproof, fire resistant and durable.
You can also supply a .STL file and we will produce your design.
